Day 3, 4&5

Day 3

Well today I still have my sore back but I went for a walk towards Kuta. We had breakfast then decided to go to kutut's fix pice store. First Josh goes for a quick surf and we watch him from the beach.

It's a bit sunny down the beach. Where are  my sunnies? 

Can't believe this is my first shopping experience. Off we all went around 10am.

Got to Kutut's  and it was packed. Remi got lots of things hair clips, jumpsuits, shorts, singlets. Noah got 2 hats for $2.50each. I bought 1 pair of shorts $3. Josh got nothing. Noah was in search of this coke can speaker. As we walked out our hotel we seen then for 200,00rp $20 aus. So at Kutut's she sent us to her brothers shop called Kutut's family.  As she didn't have any.  So off we went down the end of garlic lane left on to Melasti street and first right down lane. It's just before Magani hotel. We are staying there for our last 3 days with the Bostocks. So we come to a sharp bend and it's 3 shops back on the left side.

We get there and and he has it for 80,000rp or 130,000rp with sim with music already down loaded. I say to Noah get the one with sim. He said no I'll get it without. Oh I forgot to tell you that the kids got money to spend and Noah is holding onto every $$. he said if you pay the 50,000rp for the sim I'll have it. So mum hands over 50,000rp. We head back to hotel to have a swim. 

For dinner we head down to doluble 6 a place called Warung Murah. 

This is my meal, all up $2.70. This is called nasi champa. 

This is all we spent, all together 4 drinks and 6 meals. All up $16.20 to feed us all. 

We walk back and got some DVD's and went back to watch one of them we all got into the king size bed. I feel asleep 10 min into the movie and  so did the others. 

Day 4

Well today I get up and my back is so sore I'm nearly in tears I do a few stretcher and go for a walk down to seminyak. When I get back josh and kids are ready for breakfast eggs and bacon, coffee and a glass of orange juice. That's my order every day. Today we are just hanging by the pool in the morning then off to kuta down poppies lane 2. We stop of at a place called? Oops I forgot. 

We write our names on the wall. 

We did get some Vans for the kids in poppies 2 we paid 120,000 Rp.  $12 each. So we walk all the way down poppies 2 towards kuta beach. We stopped off at Tubes to have lunch and get some photos.

We went in and had lunch and played a game of pool. 

The kids found the biggest seat so we had to get a photo as well. 

My kids a small but this takes it to another level with this big seat. Lol

We headed down to the beach and there was boardwalk shopping centre and the kids wanted to go home so we all hopped in a taxi back to the hotel. I so wanted to go in and have a look oh well I'll just have to come back by myself. The kids jumped in the pool and so did I. We ordered a few drinks and had a chat to a younger couple from Wollongong as they just got engaged. Amy uses Clinique so she asked me to do her wedding makeup. We all sat down and watched the sunset on the beach and decide to stay at the hotel and have dinner as our hotel had a restaurant. The little girl out side of our hotel on  the beach entrance was saying we need to buy her wrist bands so she could eat but i already had 3 bundles from the other night. They sell for a $1.00 a bundle. so i told her if she makes bright and colourful ones i give her $5.00 for her bundle. well she was like you promise you promise. That's  when i new,  i had a little to many long island ice teas. but hey it only 50,000rp that's $5.00 and it made her night. so i told her to be here tomorrow and i give you the money and you give me bright and colorful bands.  Noah was saying to me it was why to much to pay for the bands. He was saying Mum & Dad you can get them for 10,000rp  /$1.00  so i sat them down and explained that she had no money and the little girl has been there every night and it was great to see her smile and give us all a hug. We all decided to go to bed as Kids were tired so we went back to our rooms for a early night. 

Day 5

Well today we are off to the  Water bomb park. I have had this sore back but today i was struggling to get out of bed. but i knew i had to suck it up and enjoy the day for the kids. We arrived there around 9ish and headed over to the kids water park to get lounges. I was setting our stuff up and I look and Kate Fowler puts her stuff down next to us. Then came Michelle Koumer . Also there were a few other there we knew. I went on a few rides but went on the river ride with Remi  as you used a  tube and I think we went around 6 times in the whole time we were there. We also had a family go of launching water bollons at each other. I ended up having a back and neck message. It was bliss. We left the park around 3ish and came home to rest up as Josh was going out to watch the footy. So it was only the kids and I so we went to sea side for dinner. On our way we had to stop out the front as the little girl was going to make those wrist bands in nice colourful colours. We had a few drinks when we offered to give her 50,000rp if she made them. So I had to go and pay her. You could get it for 10,000rp $1 we gave her $5. Her little friend kept on saying you buy you buy of me  I said "Tidak"  which means "No"and she started to cry. I was about to give her money and she pinched me under my arm that hard I  screamed and she ran off. Noah was like i get her for you mum and i just laughed and said it didnt hurt that much kids. but it did but i wasn't going to tell them that. So we all went to seaside on the roof top to watch a movie while we ate dinner.  We had 3 pizza's I should of ordered 2 as the kids left half of there pizza each. We walked back and I knew that the little girl that pinch me was going to be there. And the young girl we gave $5 as well as they were friends. Well maybe not now we gave her $5 as her friend was not happy. We walked back and there they were the little girl that made us the bands was hugging and thanking us and the other girl that pinch me was giving me dirty looks. So I gave her one back. Lol. We all got ready for bed and waited for Josh to get back from the footy to see who one. Oops I feel asleep before he came home I am so relaxed and enjoying this holiday. The kids have there moments but who's kids don't. Sorry I have no photo's for day 5. Till my next update.

Bali here we come.

Todays the day we are off to bali. 

Well I was up at 5am as I had to get ready to go to watch my niece make her conformation at 9am as she choose me to be her sponsor. So I had to get my self ready as I still needed to doluble check our bags as we leave home at 12.30 ish. 

This is my niece Jessica. 

Back home I go over our things. Well I guess the only things I should be concern about is, having our 

Passports- tick. Spending money- tick

Swimmers-tick. Hotel money- tick

So my dad comes to get us as his take us to the airport. We get there and say our good byes. See you in just under 3 weeks dad . We get to the airport check flights and yep we are delayed by 2 hrs. Go Jetstar. Great! So we walk around and have a beverage or too. We grab something to eat. 

We are sitting at the terminal and see someone we new. Nat and John Cross and there kids. We are on the same plain. The funny thing is, we all grow up as kids as our parents were all friends. My very first time to Bali I came with Nat's younger sister Kate and we shared a room. We organise to have drinks at the beach one night. We all hop on the plain and next it was time to take off.

Well the first 4 hrs of the plain ride went fast but the last 2hrs dragged. We arrive into Deparsar airport paid our taxes stamp our passports and we were out of the airport in under Half an hour. Well 15min was waiting for my bag to come. We come out the front of the airport and straight into a taxi 70,000rp to Legian. We got to our hotel close to 2am.

Day 1

We were up at 7ish so went to brekky and kids jumped into the pool

We new 3 families staying here. 

So this time instead of only having our 2 kids in the place. This time there are 10 kids. So our kids won't be wanting mum and dad to play games in the pool all day. We went for a walk along the street down to double 6. The walk way has been re paved and it looks great. We decided to go to bintang super market on the way, we get stopped by a guy telling us we can win free water bomb tickets. Josh's ear are up. I say no. Josh of cause is wanting the free tickets to water bomb park but we have to go with him to some hotel in seminyak. Yep we have been con, the only way we can get the tickets were, if we sat and lesson for 1hr about this time share. Josh is saying I'm not interested in anything you have to sell but I want these tickets. So we will sit for 1 hr.  I'm  giving Josh daggers as I can't believe his putting me through this. 1hr is up josh stands up and says ok mate your time is up,and says I just take my free tickets and go. I can believe he made us all sit there.  Kids want to stop and have lunch at Tao on the beach as it had a over flow pool looking over the beach. Then back to the hotel so we could relax around the pool all arvo.

This arvo I was meeting up with Cassie and Nikki at Mugshots for a quit hello. Nikki has been traveling all around Europe and bali was here last stop before going home today. Cassie and Nikki are my hairdressers they work at Deluxe. We have a quit ice coffee and Nikki had to go and get ready to go home. Cassie and I will meet for drinks later in the week as it's her birthday over here. 

We went to a place called Legian snacks. It was a small restaurant all up it cost us 120,000rp $12 in aus. While we were eating 2 Indonesion girls on motor bikes crash right out the front and the little boy on the back was hit by the other bike. He was screaming Every body rush to help I sat there in shock because the noise was so loud. Then the other girl that hit the boy rides off. Poor Noah started to get upset and shaken up. He just wanted to go back to hotel. On our way we see friends so we organise drinks on the beach 2morrow at 4pm out the front of mandira at kututs. 

Day 2 

 Got up at 7ish and went for a walk. Remi came with me so we walk to the beginning of kuta beach. Got back and had brekky and just relaxed all day by the pool. 4pm we head down to the beach for Sunset & drinks. Well did the hawkers flock to us. I did get a few things. But got ripped off as I wanted her to go as she would stop bugging me.  After the sunset we went to dinner at Seaside with everyone I wanted to order King prawns but they didn't have them on the menu anymore.  then back to the hotel for bed. 

Day 2 was just a short one as we didn't do much but just chilled.

1 week till Bali

Well it all started with my little princess turned 7 on Sunday the 8th of September. We told her that she won't be having a party as we will be going on holidays soon and we would give her some extra money to spend but she wanted to have a few friends and family so we gave in.

Well Monday morning up again and tidy the back yard up. Start getting all the washing done so I can start packing for Bali. 

On Tuesday morning  I get the suit cases out. Wow they where a bit dusty. I need to pack my things as I work Thurs, Fri, Sat. fly out Sunday. I'm such a nice person i suppose to have started my holidays but I canceled a week as Estee Laurder is in GWP.  Just giveing the love back as she helped out when i was in GWP the other month. You know who you are.

But before I do go on Sunday , my niece is making her conformation on Sunday morning.  So we are off to that before we drive to Sydney. So it's only 3 days to go so I can't wait to start my blog about my holiday. This holiday was booked last year but had to canceled 6 weeks before as my father inlaw passed away. So we as a family can't wait to get away. It's been a rough 2 years for my husband.

This weeks post

Well where do I start. I have had a great week. This weeks blog is just a short one at best. 

I had Sandy & Kurt's wedding. I did the make up it was on Friday 30th August and got a last minute invite as Mary-Anne's date. I haven't got many photo's but here are some that I found.

It was touching and  a emotional wedding. But had a blast of what I can remember. Had a few to many champagne's. I also had to work the next day some how I forgot half way through the night I had to work the next day. I tried to get the day off but some how my boss said NO. Can't blame a girl for trying. 

Father's Day I worked. So before i left  gave Josh a coffee maker for Father's Day and he made me a coffee. He he. Josh had a big day as his footy team Collie Dogs made the Grand final against Helensburgh. They Won 29-28. Field goal 30sec to the bell. Well I was kicked out of home so he could have all the boys at our place to celebrate. So the kids and I went to my parents place down the road. I jumped into bed and I could hear something in the distance. The boys parting at my place. Sent a message to Josh's ph to tell him I could hear them, no reply. I had breakfast  at mum and dad's and dropped in so the kids could get changed for school. OMG boys where scattered through the house. I think there where 15 bodies in rooms and in the back yard.  House was in one piece but the floors and bath room  needed a good scrub. 

I have had 3 days off and it has been such great weather. So I enjoy it and went for a walk each day. 

Only 10 days till we go to Bali. And still haven' t packed. So not like me. I have the week end off so I'll start then. Also my baby girl turns 7. Where has this time gone.

My week

What a way to start my Sunday. I ran most of the way to the entrance to Windang island. It was a beautiful sunday morning taking in the moment, then I was like holy crap I have to get back home as I started work in 1hr 20mins. I guess that's the joy of only living 6min from work. 

Well it was my last shift and I was off for 3 days. Change of plans working Monday as my section of the stock room has boxes of Clinique stock every where. Just a quick 9-12 shift. I guess I'll get stuck into my house work Tue and wed. 

Tue morning I get the kids off to school and go for a quick walk around Windang. 

I walk over to my neighbours house Lou's for a quick chat and coffee and realise oops she's on holidays on a cruise. Oh well back home and start on the house cleaning. I get a call from Mel to go for coffee today , well we usually do coffee at the grove on Wednesdays and then I do some grocery shopping. I should get stuck into my house work but I'll do it 2moz. There is always 2moz. So off we go for coffee. 

Wednesday  I wake up and shit I remember I have to get stuck into the house cleaning. Ok I start off cranking the iPod on and off I went. I was on fire. Felt great to do a good spring clean. 

Back to work Thursday then home to pick up the kids and go shopping as Noah had no shoes that fit him and it's Remi's birthday in 2 weeks and haven't even started shopping for it. Also had to get a birthday present for a party Remi has on Saturday. Also the kids went and visit there cousin Kyle as he has been in hospital and I told them they could go see him when he got back home. 

Well Saturday is the day. Noah had his grand final today. Under 10's stingrays shellharbour vs Milton. Kick off was at 10.55 in Jamberro. The games starts and all of us parents feel so excited and proud of the boys as they have never been beaten. 8 min in to the game and we score. Yes we score first try in the game and it's my son Noah who scored . The pass was a long one and thankfully he has been practicing with dad nearly every day for the passed 6mths. I was so proud he had all my family there to watch him play, also Josh's family. Noah plays with his cousin Matt (it's josh's sisters child.) So that was a proud moment for Josh's mum. Well you are all probable wondering who won.   Yep we did 38-18. It was a great game. The sad part is, it was Noah's last game with all his mates in the 10's as Noah plays a year above himself. So he is going to play in 10's again.

After the game we went back to the field and had a BBQ for the boys. 

Well that was my week, till next week

Month of August.

Well as you all know I work for Clinique at Myer Shellharbour. This time of the month is hectic for me with GWP. If you don't know what the GWP is it's Gift with purchase when you spend over $60. 

This is the picture  of the Clinique gift. 

Well my life turns upside down, as I work 40 hr week for 2 weeks. Most of you are probable thinking. OMG that's what most people do every week. Well I don't lol.  I love working at Clinique. I wouldn't know how I would do it without the help of my parents and yes Josh too ( hubby).   As most of my friends know I worked at the Wollongong store for over 12 years and I have just moved to the New Myer store at Shellharbour. I so needed that change as I lost my spark there for a while, well maybe years I guess. I'm so proud and honoured to work with a bunch of great people who put a smile and relighted my spark. You know who you are. Don't worry I still love my cosmetic family in Wollongong.   

Well today we had a cracker of a day 

( Sat 17th of Aug). It was like the first day of the store opening . We had the model Jade from this years and last years oops I forgot her name (well it's Anna i work with sister) from AUSTRALIA'S  NEXT TOP MODEL.   Yep that's right I was asked to do there make up. I'm starting to get some celeb clients to my list of make ups I've done lately. Lol. We had a DJ, even a champagne lounge. Etc......

 I also have lost weight and feeling great and want to get back to how I was before I had the kids. Look out. Lol. 

I've been thinking of getting some ink done, on the back of my neck. 

I'm not 100% sure yet maybe 98%.

Maybe I should get a vote happening.
